The term "carrier" refer to BYSTROFF MOVING & STORAGE, INC ("we","us","our") a California corporation.
The contract is also subject to all rules, rates, and charges in the current tariffs, published, or
on file with, the California Public Utilities Commission(CPUC).

Section #1 - PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website related activities.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our use of information about you and will be located here. Bystroff only uses sensitive personal information, namely precise geolocation, to provide the Service to you as you would reasonably expect when you request for such Service or otherwise consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. However, you may request that we limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information, provided you understand and accept that we may not be able to provide the Service (or part of it) if you do request such a limitation.
Request to Delete
. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. Subject to certain exceptions set out below we will,on receipt of a verifiable Consumer Request, delete your personal information from our records, direct any service providers to do the same, and notify all third parties to whom we have shared your personal information to delete it unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
